‘Sister Wives:’ For Sale Sign Posted Near Coyote Pass

A for sale sign has been posted near Coyote Pass and it’s leaving Sister Wives fans with all sorts of questions. Have Kody and Robyn Brown got so desperate for money that they are selling some of Coyote Pass to make ends meet? Could the chunk of land being sold belong to Meri or Janelle? Or, does this for sale sign have absolutely nothing to do with the Sister Wives family?

Sister Wives: For Sale Sign Posted Near Coyote Pass

Photos of a for sale sign that popped up near Coyote Pass are making rounds on social media and Reddit today. These photos have caused rumors to spread that Kody and Robyn might be desperate enough for cash that they are trying to unload the land the family never actually built anything on.

Turns out, per Katie Joy of Without A Crystal Ball, there’s a couple that owns a piece of Coyote Pass. This couple is NOT connected to the Brown family. The for sale sign has been connected to the piece of the property owned by this couple.

Interestingly enough, the piece of Coyote Pass that is up for sale is listed by the very same agent that sold to Kody Brown’s family. But, it isn’t any part of the property owned by his family that is up for sale.

The lot of Coyote Pass that is up for sale is owned by a couple who reside in Illinois. The phone number to call about the property is also registered with the state of Illinois.

Presently, Kody Brown’s family owns four parcels of land within Coyote Pass. Two parcels are 2.4 acres and the other two parcels are a little over four acres. To date, both Janelle and Meri remain listened as owners of some of the land. Though, Robyn and Kody own the majority share.

As far as fans know, Kody Brown and his family still haven’t fully paid off the property which is what he continues to insist is part of the reason why building on the land just can’t happen. Instead, the family bled a large chunk of their pooled funds into securing houses (mostly just Robyn’s) and Kody claims they haven’t really been able to bounce back.
