The Bravo personality wants it to be clear he is in no way condoning what Tom did. In fact, he agrees Tom made a colossal mistake. A mistake he would likely remember and regret for the rest of his life. But, Andy also recognizes that Tom Sandoval is still a person. And, at some point in time, he thinks people need to move on and let this particular chapter in Tom’s life die. Andy Cohen admits that he hopes the out-of-control outrage subsides for Tom’s sake if nothing else.

Probed for more information, Andy Cohen was asked why he thought Tom Sandoval’s scandal blew up the way it did. The Bravo personality credited the “already incestuous cast.”

He caught heat for defending Tom

Unsurprisingly, most Bravo fans don’t consider it a good look for Andy Cohen or anyone else to stand on Tom Sandoval’s side of the drama and defend him. This is because fans see defending Tom as being ok with the fact that he stepped out on his girlfriend with her best friend. Andy, however, really wanted it to be crystal clear he acknowledged Tom made a mistake and was not condoning it. He, however, thought the punishment should fit the crime and it wasn’t like Tom Sandoval killed someone.

Now, Andy Cohen isn’t alone in being over the drama. There are many Bravo fans who are ready for the world to move past Tom Sandoval’s affair. Where do you stand with all of this? Let us know in the comments down below. And, keep coming back for more Bravo news.
