Appearing on an episode of the “Dumb Blonde” podcast this week, Teen Mom OG Kailyn Lowry opened up about how toxic things were between her and Chris Lopez. Kailyn admits her connection to Chris was the “most tumultuous and toxic relationship” she had ever been in.

As fans know, Kailyn shares five-year-old Lux and two-year-old Creed with Chris Lopez. She’s also the mother of 13-year-old Isaac and nine-year-old Lincoln. Moreover, she’s rumored to have an infant in her home she secretly gave birth to AND she’s rumored to be pregnant with twins.

The MTV personality was in an on-and-off relationship with Chris Lopez from the year 2016 to the year 2020. During their relationship, Chris was unfaithful on multiple occasions. She also recalled a scary incident during which time he “choked me [Kailyn] while holding our son.”

She recalled him smashing property including a window and a door. Kailyn Lowry, however, made the difficult decision not to take the situation to the police because she hoped he would pick her over the other women and change so he could be good for her and the children.

Around the time she was pregnant with Creed, she recalled a situation involving her and Lopez getting so heated that she was she he was going to kill her.

He put my face into the couch and was just smothering me into the couch. I don’t know what took over me but I fought for my f***ing life. I just remember just turning my head a certain way and being able to, like, gasp for air. I still did not want to call the f***ing police. I was so just, like, ‘I want you to choose me, I want you to get better.’ You know? It was sick.”

Jumping on TikTok Live yesterday, Chris Lopez responded to her allegations against them. Unsurprisingly, he denied ever attempting to kill Kailyn. He, however, admitted the smothering incident did happen. Chris added Kailyn was not innocent in the situation as she punched him in the face several different times, per The Ashley’s Reality Roundup‘s recount of his TikTok Live stream.

I ain’t almost killed nobody, bro. No cap, no cap. I never almost killed nobody … everybody was always, always breathing. They always had room to breathe. They always had their phone … I never ever, ever, ever killed anybody.”

Chris added that he never beat anyone, but Kailyn’s story didn’t come from nowhere and he knew he made mistakes. He continued:

“I did choke her. I already admitted that. It’s already on my record. The DV [domestic violence] is true. I’m not gonna hide from that. That’s something I’m honest about. The DV part is true. But the whole beating her up part? No, that’s not true. I never beat her up. I never did any of that s—t.”

In his response, Kailyn Lowry’s ex affirms things were toxic and heated between himself and her. He, however, NEVER “beat her” as she claimed.

So basically she's still an abuser.
