Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix’s House Tainted By Affair

Has Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s Valley Village house been tainted by his affair? This seems to be the case as his mistress, Raquel Leviss was spending time there alone with Tom. All the while Ariana was busy taking care of important business in her life. More so, she simply believed her best friend and boyfriend were having friendly hangouts. Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix’s House Tainted By Affair

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval were really close with their Vanderpump Rules cast mate, Raquel Leviss. They especially got closer to her after she called off her engagement to James Kennedy. She would hang out with the couple of nine years and even spent nights at their home. However, as seen in recent episodes of the show, she was spending alone time with Sandoval which raised red flags for their friends and co-stars. Raquel and Sandoval went dancing at The Abbey which is centrally located to restaurant lounges such as TomTom.

Yet, alum Brittany Cartwright shared that everyone goes to The Abbey so it seems like they did not care if they got caught. Then, when Ariana Madix’s grandma passed, Tom Sandoval stayed behind while she headed to Florida. Raquel ended up spending the night. Per the timeline, this happened in September while he and Raquel first hooked up in August so this was definitely not innocent. So, since Tom and Ariana both still share their home, what are the vibes?

According to Life & Style, the house is ruined along with all of the good memories it once held. An insider had this to share: “Tom and Ariana bought the $2 million home in 2019 when everything was going well in their relationship, and now it’s all gone to hell. Even though they avoided each other, being under the same roof was like living in a nightmare.” Pump Rules alum Kristen Doute explained that the couple has a mediator to help them come and go to the house.

A Lot Happened In The House

When Ariana Madix was mourning her grandmother in Florida, Tom Sandoval was entertaining Raquel. At the time, Ariana was not concerned. Now, she knows exactly what was going on and it has tainted their home for the foreseeable future if not forever. The insider continued to say: “Ariana hates the thought of Tom and Raquel hooking up in various rooms. The house had great memories, she loved living there, but he and Raquel ruined that for her.”

Keep in mind, when Ariana was filming her Lifetime movie, Raquel Leviss was seen leaving the home. She had a bunch of overnight bags so the behavior was continuing. Fortunately for Ariana, Tom Sandoval is currently on tour so she has the home to herself. As to what they will end up doing with the place, that is yet to be seen.
