Tom Sandoval Omits Truth About Raquel For Ariana’s Benefit

Tom Sandoval has omitted the truth about Raquel Leviss as he feels it benefits Ariana Madix for the time being. As Vanderpump Rules viewers are seeing, Sandoval and Leviss are becoming quite close. They were even seen dancing alone after midnight at The Abbey together. Yet, a recent move by the two has their cast members completely scratching their heads. Read on for more details.

In the preview for Wednesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, Lisa Vanderpump’s husband, Ken Todd drops a bomb. He shares that he cannot believe that Raquel spent the night at Tom Sandoval’s house while Ariana was out of town. She has been in Florida to make the arrangements since her grandmother passed away. Now, LVP had already heard this story earlier and got all of the details, or so she thought. Raquel had shown up late to her SUR shift, looking like death and hungover. She proceeded to share that she was with the Toms (Schwartz and Sandoval) the night prior.

They went into the hot tub and then she spent the night. However, when LVP confronted Tom Sandoval, he rewrote the story and claimed that Raquel was there but then dipped. Ken dropped the bomb when he returned home and saw Katie Maloney in the kitchen with LVP which was probably a setup but a great shining moment for him. Now, according to People, there is a blurred line about what actually happened with Raquel. Did she stay over? Or, did she leave?

Apparently, Tom Sandoval was hanging with the guys earlier and he told them that she did not stay. Scheana Shay calls him out on this fact when Raquel is recounting the evening’s activities to everyone, including Ariana. She even included that she spent the night while Ariana was in Florida. So, why did Tom change his story so many times? “On the heels of, you know, the open relationship rumor and obviously, Schwartz and Raquel making out in Mexico, we just thought maybe it’d be better if everyone didn’t know that little detail.”

Open Relationship?

In a recent episode, after James Kennedy’s girlfriend Ally Lewber saw Raquel and Tom Sandoval dancing at The Abbey, she told Katie Maloney. To that, Katie shared that she did not think that Ariana Madix and Tom had many rules in their relationship. Ally told James who interpreted that as them having an open relationship. However, Katie just meant that they do not have to constantly check in with each other like other couples have to.

Tom also goes on to note: “I fully was going to tell Ariana but we should’ve just told the truth. Like, stupid.” Yet, when Schena called out the disparities in the stories about whether or not Raquel spent the night, Tom held strong. He said the same thing that he told LVP; that Raquel dipped. However, fans now know that their relationship was much deeper than they were claiming it to be, and the bottom fell out in early March.
