Tv Shows Ace exclusive: An inside source close to the potential romance brewing between Amy Slaton (Halterman) and Josh Seiter confirms the TLC star has finally make contact with the Bachelorette alum.
As Tv Shows Ace exclusively reported, Josh Seiter got up bright and early to make a trip to Dixon. His goal was to come face to face with Amy Slaton (Halterman) so he could ask her out on a date. He told us he was nervous, but he swallowed those nerves and knocked on her door. Unfortunately, no one appeared to be home and his knocks went unanswered. So, Josh left his gifts along with a card and a note. In the note, he asked Amy to connect with him via Instagram.
Despite not making contact with Amy Slaton (Halterman), Josh Seiter remained hopeful she would connect on Instagram and give this romance a chance.
Hoping to get the scoop on this potential romance, Tv Shows Ace reached out to Amy, several of her family members, Josh, and Josh’s ex to find out of Amy knew she was being wooed and if she had any interest in a romance with Josh.

Our anonymous source tells us Amy Slaton’s delay in responding to Josh Seiter was out of fear of violating her contract with TLC. Per our source, Amy is very careful about what she says and posts so she doesn’t break her contract.
Fans have assumed for a while this is why she hasn’t spoken about or confirmed her pending divorce from Michael. This, however, does bode well for the future of the show because it means another Season is likely brewing.
Unfortunately, our source tells us that Amy Slaton (Halterman) is NOT interested in exploring a romantic relationship with Josh. In fact, our source tells us Amy Slaton (Halterman) was slightly annoyed by his pursuit and attempt to lovebomb her.
Now, what our source says certainly tracks with reports that came out last night claiming Tammy Slaton confirmed her sister Amy wasn’t interested in exploring things with Josh Seiter.
Josh Seiter was on Instagram pretty early this morning posting on both his profile and his Stories that he was only interested in “positive vibes.” And, those that follow him know he likes to keep an optimistic outlook on things. So, it’s relatively safe to assume he’s disappointed in the outcome but knows his special someone is out there.
