Raquel Leviss No-Show At Court, Scheana Shay ‘Vindicated’
Scheana Shay feels “vindicated” today. Raquel Leviss was a no-show in court. Earlier this month, she filed a temporary restraining order against her co-star and former BFF.
Raquel alleged that Scheana punched her and gave her a black eye following the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen taping in New York City. That’s when Scheana learned about Raquel’s affair with Tom Sandoval.
Raquel Leviss doesn’t show up to court
Raquel Leviss dropped the court order protection against Scheana Shay. It was officially dismissed in court on Wednesday, March 29. Since she didn’t attend the hearing, the judge dropped the temporary restraining order. Scheana showed up to the hearing in a tan pantsuit.
She was ready to share her side of the story. Scheana has denied giving Raquel a black eye. Raquel tried to dismiss the case before the taping of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion. She served Scheana papers to host Andy Cohen since they had to be kept apart. It was found that they weren’t “legal documents.”
Once again, Raquel tried to dismiss the temporary restraining order on Friday, March 24. She claimed that she wasn’t moving forward with it. Both of them had to attend Wednesday’s court hearing. Otherwise, it would be moved to a trial.

Since Raquel didn’t attend the hearing, they dismissed it altogether. This is just one of the many closings to the “Scandoval.” The cast reunited and shared their gripes about Raquel’s months-long affair with Tom Sandoval. It turns out they were the outcasts of the show and got most of their heat from their cast members.
Scheana Shay feels “vindicated”
Scheana Shay is glad this chapter in her life is over. She no longer has to confront Raquel or battle her in court again. Scheana’s attorney Neama Rahmani shared a statement with TMZ. Her attorney slammed Raquel’s no-show attempt while Scheana feels “vindicated.”
“Instead of accepting responsibility for her actions, Rachel shamefully tried to misuse our justice system to shift blame to Scheana,” Neama told TMZ. “We are happy that Scheana is now vindicated.”

Scheana’s lawyer believes that Raquel didn’t have a case in court. The former pageant queen was a no-show because realized “she would lose in court and that she couldn’t just drop it.” Neama sent a stern warning to Raquel, stating that they’re both ready “to expose Rachel’s lies.” What’s worse is that Raquel lost two of her best friends — Scheana Shay and Ariana Madix.
