‘Life After Lockup’ Derek Warner Arrest Update

What is the update on Life After Lockup Derek Warner’s recent arrest? As TV Shows Ace reported yesterday, Derek was arrested on Tuesday, March 28th. Life After Lockup Derek Warner Arrest Update

As the Life After Lockup star was exiting a restaurant, he was arrested. Apparently, his girlfriend, Monique was waiting for him in the car. So, this clears that up if Derek Warner and Monique stayed together. They have faced so much drama since he was released after almost a decade behind bars. The two fell in love but when she went to pick him up, she was shocked to find out that his sisters were there, as well. They started to cause an issue with Monique and her sister, mocking Monique’s weight and such.

However, Derek chose Monique and they started to have a love affair until she had to leave him in Ohio to go home. Of course, he had a side chick and admitted to cheating on Monique with ten women. She forgave him and they tried to keep going. Though he ultimately tried to bring her together with his sisters, it ended in a brawl. Now, fast forward to eight months out of prison and he has been arrested again. Luckily, he made the 10K bond almost immediately.

According to Starcasm, this was actually an incident from January 2021 when Derek was in prison. Fortunately, Derek has a lawyer who is speaking out for him. Yes, Derek had a situation with a fellow inmate and they will address the situation in court. However, his lawyer made it clear that since the Life After Lockup star has been released, he has been on his best behavior. Monique did take to her social media to ask for people to: “Stop playing with my man name!!”

What Does The Future Hold?

Derek and Monique were not featured last week on Life After Lockup which bothered fans. They seem to like the drama that the couple brings to the show. There are car chases, pregnancy scares, and angry siblings so it is always an adventure with the two of them. Though they were previously on the outs, it is apparent that they are doing good. As aforementioned, Monique was waiting outside of the restaurant where Derek was arrested.
