Others admitted they were “worried for him.” Viewers have many reasons to be concerned about Rob Marciano lately. They learned the latest news of his behind-the-scenes behavior. The reason why Rob films so often on location are that he cannot work at ABC Studios.

GMA meteorologist banned from ABC Studios

On Sunday, March 19, Page Six first reported that Rob Marciano cannot enter ABC Studios after a series of “alarming events.” The report didn’t include any details about his alleged bad behavior. However, Rob “made a female colleague feel uncomfortable last year.” He showed up to work stressed out and angry amid his ongoing divorce from his ex-wife, Eryn.

ABC Studios refuses to allow him to return. However, Rob Marciano will continue to broadcast the storms on location. He will make regular appearances on GMA and ABC World News. Rob has been struggling with “anger issues,” which has been a concern to employees.

ABC promptly removed him from the air for one month after the events took place. He wants to be allowed back, but Good Morning America executive producer, Simone Swink, isn’t budging. It’s unclear where his future leads. For now, Rob will continue to report on the dangerous storms.
