There have been rumors that they have a second daughter named Daisy. A Christmas gift label in another Duggar family member’s YouTube video read, “Josiah, Lauren, Bella, and Daisy.” But their rumored second child is still unconfirmed.

On Reddit, Duggar snarkers posted a hint they recently discovered, suggesting that Lauren might be pregnant again. They shared a screenshot of a baby registry on Amazon. It features Lauren’s name, as well as her city of residence, which is Rogers, Arkansas.
The list features 75 items and some of the outfits are more traditionally boy colors. Fans and critics agree that the items on the registry match Lauren’s style.
Someone pointed out, “The address does go to Josiah in Rogers. Hmmm. I’ve seen some other fake ones where the shipping address goes to someone in another state with a non Duggar name.”
Fans are also still trying to figure out which of the Duggar kids might be expecting right now and due before Joy-Anna Forsyth. When she announced her pregnancy to Jim Bob Duggar, he noted that it would be grandchild number 30. Number 29 is still unknown, so fans think Lauren and Josiah Duggar could be expecting.
