Based in Washington, D.C., it is also a woman and minority-owned and operated food brand that supports local farmers. The company also donates 1% of all profits and time to supporting organizations by creating access to funding for Black Female entrepreneurs.
SweetKiwi also earned over $200,000 in grants from the Black Lives Matter movement thanks to the quality and impact of the product. Eigbe is now looking for an investor on Shark Tank to continue to make her company an even bigger success.
