Julie Chrisley’s Earliest Release Date Revealed

Under federal law, getting out super early for good behavior isn’t really an option for Julie Chrisley. As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, federal law requires inmates to serve 85 percent of their sentence. After serving 85 percent of her sentence, Julie would be eligible to get out early for good behavior. This, however, was assuming she was considered to be a “model inmate” during her time behind bars.

As fans know, Julie Chrisley is currently serving a seven-year sentence behind bars at FMC Lexington, Kentucky. The facility she ended up at left fans scratching their heads as the website describes it as “an administrative security federal medical center with an adjacent minimum security satellite camp.”

The family, however, insists there was no medical reason why Julie was assigned to this prison. Even their lawyer has said they don’t know why she was assigned to this particular facility as it wasn’t their decision nor did they give any input on it.

Some Chrisley Knows Best fans are wondering when 85 percent of Julie Chrisley’s sentence will be up. When will she be eligible to be considered for an early release? Fortunately, public records of her inmate details to confirm an early release date for Julie has been determined.

Earliest release date for Julie Chrisley revealed

Per public records, the earliest release date for Julie Chrisley is January 2nd, 2029. Doing the math, that is a little less than six years from now. So, if Julie is determined to be a perfect inmate, she could shave roughly a year off of her sentence for good behavior.

As fans know the Chrisley family is hoping to shave a lot more than a year off of her sentence as they continue to pursue an appeal.

To date, Todd and Julie Chrisley have maintained that they are innocent of the crimes they’ve been accused of. Per the federal judge, not owning up to their crimes and apologizing is part of the reason they landed 12 and 7 years behind bars. Admitting guilt, however, was a double-edged sword for the family as they intended to appeal their situation with the hopes of a retrial. If Todd and Julie had admitted guilt, they would have destroyed any chance at a retrial. So, they didn’t really have a choice but to let the judge throw the book at them.

  1. If she gets off early just showing it’s money and people that matter.They cheated and swindled the American Taxpayers out of money they should have payed. I hope they pay their debt in prison. They should serve their time just like all the other criminals. It’s bad to see politicians and people who think they’re superior and above all others. Weather they cheat for money or transport minors across state lines and get away with those crimes is disgusting and one day they’ll finally pay for their crimes.

          1. Dee, I agree your with you. The discussion was about Todd and Julie not Joe and Donald!!!

            The money laundering situation can in no way compare to the political issues of Trump for which he has been charged, indicted and impeached or Biden for which he has been accused of by public opinion.
            I really don’t care if Todd and Julie did what they were accused of because so did Martha Stewart, Wesley Snipes and other reality Stars and remember something else just because they were found guilty does not make them guilty because our legal system is not free of mistakes and they have found innocent people guilty more than once. The Chrisleys were immediately assumed guilty because of who they are and were not given a fair sentence.
            Biden is being accused of things based on racist views and people not fact checking. Trump is getting away with stuff based on who he 8s and I say again because this country is biased based on racism. Someone said they lived better when Trump was President. You are obviously not a person of color who has been reduced to being told you should work.or apply for black jobs. You don’t have to worry about your a male person in your family getting killed for the color of his skin.         They stole from banks, basically through fraudulent paperwork. What make them different from any other bank robber, they stole 30 MILLION DOLLARS from tax payers.
        Both should Stay in Prison they are not above the law.

Yes the law should be the same for everyone but it’s not if you are a government official you get a slap on the wrist even though they are guilty but you take anyone else they pay for it and it’s not right we don’t have a fair justice system and most of the time the people who investigate the crime don’t do their jobs but yet they get paid to do a job. They dont mind denying loans to middle working class people that truly need a little help. I feel like they were set up. Ive been listening to Savannahs podcast and what she says makes perfect sense.

    6. I feel that for the sake of their health and the health of Todd’s mom, there has to be a way they can meet in the middle. I don’t know if they did it, I would personally look towards the one person who had control who only got a very light sentence myself. Todd is in noway and idiot and I feel Julie just get caught up in it without actually knowing what was actually happening. Funny how the person who was making the deals gets a light sentence?! Let them serve their time whatever time that may be at home. There has been others that have done a lot worse and didn’t get this harsh of a sentence. How do the courts expect them to pay any fees or restitution when they are locked behind bars, being used and having their picture taken for some paparazzi crew to make bank off of the pictures. You know it’s happening. If they can get drugs, phones or whatever else is wanted you know someone is getting a kickback from getting pictures with someone’s phone. Check the visitors log books.

    10. The only swindlers American taxpayers have been victimized by is the District of Columbia, The City of London and the Vatican. Washington DC. Her past health problems with Cancer suggest she should be released early,fiseases like cancer feed on anxiety and stress,home confinement with her children could help her,that’s why I think she was sent to a medical facility! Let her be with her children Nanny Fayes age and health problem are too great for an older woman to bear this grief of her children,might start off a new round of medical problems Cardiac event or a stroke from stress!

    2. Agree Faye, knowing that this family at all times stated that God and family were the most important aspects of their lives. Given that Nanny Faye is elderly and the stress alone of her age is probably weighing on her also considering Julie is an actual cancer survivor and the stress she is under is also probably weighing on her as well. I pray for them both but special prayers for Nanny Faye as I am sure their situation is hard for her.

  3. Really, I think this is a waste of taxpayer money. They should be made to pay everything they owe, even fines. But putting them in prison this long is just ridiculous. The prisons are full as it is. They need the prison for murderers, thieves, child molesters, ect. They should be on probation. Just because the judges found them guilty of tax fraud and tax evasion and etc. etc. will let me tell you how what this is if the judges had family members like a daughter and they did and then she did something like that but she was wrongly accused of it don’t you think that he’s going to fight try to get her out of prison that goes along with anybody’s family members they are not guilty. I think , If I understand correctly that they were inflating worth of properties or such in there profession it would have been to guarantee financing for there costumers. maybe I’m confused but maybe the government should look into the car dealerships and any other type of financial institutions. If there wasn’t ways to get around taxes and finances nobody would ever make profits. I know people these I grew up with Todd and lived beside Julie and her family know her father knew her brother well . they don’t belong in prison maybe some kind of fines and probation or something but not prison these people are not criminals just some misguided or ill advised financial decisions have been made but I really don’t see prison

  23. No one outside knows if they lied or not however if they cheated and inflated their net worth and they indeed committed this crime I feel that this punishment is the opposite of productive. Locking up the parents of children, and the son of an elderly mother, for a crime of this nature does not fit the crime. If they truly are guilty. They should have to pay any money back that they obtained illegally. They should have to pay fines. They should have to do community service that would actually help other people. What good is putting them in jail and ruining the lives of children and an elderly mother? How does that help anyone? I actually think they are not getting special treatment. I actually think it’s the opposite. They are being unfairly prosecuted because of their fame. I don’t think they should go unpunished. I don’t think they should be treated as privileged but I don’t see how putting them in jail is going to help anyone and I do see how it is hurting the lives of innocent children and an elderly mother. This punishment does definitely not fit the crime.

  29. I believe they’re guilty, but I don’t believe they should have got the amount of time they both received. Julie almost served two years so far which will be on January 17th of 2025 and for Todd too. I could have seen them both getting maybe 4 to 5 years. But Todd did brag a lot about everything they have and had flaunted it a lot. I don’t understand why you guys are bringing Trump and Biden into this, this has nothing to do with them this has to do with Todd and Julie Chrisley that’s it. The people I feel sorry is for is Chloe and Grayson. Yes Savannah and Chase are their children too but they are older and they understand more what’s going on.
