Julie Chrisley’s Earliest Release Date Revealed
Under federal law, getting out super early for good behavior isn’t really an option for Julie Chrisley. As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, federal law requires inmates to serve 85 percent of their sentence. After serving 85 percent of her sentence, Julie would be eligible to get out early for good behavior. This, however, was assuming she was considered to be a “model inmate” during her time behind bars.
As fans know, Julie Chrisley is currently serving a seven-year sentence behind bars at FMC Lexington, Kentucky. The facility she ended up at left fans scratching their heads as the website describes it as “an administrative security federal medical center with an adjacent minimum security satellite camp.”
The family, however, insists there was no medical reason why Julie was assigned to this prison. Even their lawyer has said they don’t know why she was assigned to this particular facility as it wasn’t their decision nor did they give any input on it.
Some Chrisley Knows Best fans are wondering when 85 percent of Julie Chrisley’s sentence will be up. When will she be eligible to be considered for an early release? Fortunately, public records of her inmate details to confirm an early release date for Julie has been determined.
Earliest release date for Julie Chrisley revealed
Per public records, the earliest release date for Julie Chrisley is January 2nd, 2029. Doing the math, that is a little less than six years from now. So, if Julie is determined to be a perfect inmate, she could shave roughly a year off of her sentence for good behavior.
As fans know the Chrisley family is hoping to shave a lot more than a year off of her sentence as they continue to pursue an appeal.

If she gets off early just showing it’s money and people that matter.They cheated and swindled the American Taxpayers out of money they should have payed. I hope they pay their debt in prison. They should serve their time just like all the other criminals. It’s bad to see politicians and people who think they’re superior and above all others. Weather they cheat for money or transport minors across state lines and get away with those crimes is disgusting and one day they’ll finally pay for their crimes.

They did NOT cheat and swindle “American taxpayers “. They supposedly inflated their net worth in order to get Bank loans above the loan amount they should have been given. My opinion is that someone at the bank didn’t do their job and double checking everything on the loan applications.

Thats exactly what I have said since the beginning. Banks and lending institutions should have done their part and stuck to their terms on the actual loan. I feel that for the sake of their health and the health of Todd’s mom, there has to be a way they can meet in the middle. I don’t know if they did it, I would personally look towards the one person who had control who only got a very light sentence myself. Todd is in noway and idiot and I feel Julie just get caught up in it without actually knowing what was actually happening. Funny how the person who was making the deals gets a light sentence?! Let them serve their time whatever time that may be at home. There has been others that have done a lot worse and didn’t get this harsh of a sentence. How do the courts expect them to pay any fees or restitution when they are locked behind bars, being used and having their picture taken for some paparazzi crew to make bank off of the pictures. You know it’s happening. If they can get drugs, phones or whatever else is wanted you know someone is getting a kickback from getting pictures with someone’s phone. Check the visitors log books.

Agree Faye, knowing that this family at all times stated that God and family were the most important aspects of their lives. Given that Nanny Faye is elderly and the stress alone of her age is probably weighing on her also considering Julie is an actual cancer survivor and the stress she is under is also probably weighing on her as well. I pray for them both but special prayers for Nanny Faye as I am sure their situation is hard for her.

Really, I think this is a waste of taxpayer money. They should be made to pay everything they owe, even fines. But putting them in prison this long is just ridiculous. The prisons are full as it is. They need the prison for murderers, thieves, child molesters, ect. They should be on probation. I think , If I understand correctly that they were inflating worth of properties or such in there profession it would have been to guarantee financing for there costumers. maybe I’m confused but maybe the government should look into the car dealerships and any other type of financial institutions. If there wasn’t ways to get around taxes and finances nobody would ever make profits. No one outside knows if they lied or not however if they cheated and inflated their net worth and they indeed committed this crime I feel that this punishment is the opposite of productive. Locking up the parents of children, and the son of an elderly mother, for a crime of this nature does not fit the crime. If they truly are guilty. They should have to pay any money back that they obtained illegally. They should have to pay fines. They should have to do community service that would actually help other people. What good is putting them in jail and ruining the lives of children and an elderly mother? How does that help anyone? I actually think they are not getting special treatment. I actually think it’s the opposite. They are being unfairly prosecuted because of their fame. I don’t think they should go unpunished. I don’t think they should be treated as privileged but I don’t see how putting them in jail is going to help anyone and I do see how it is hurting the lives of innocent children and an elderly mother. This punishment does definitely not fit the crime.
