Under federal law, getting out super early for good behavior isn’t really an option for Julie Chrisley. As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, federal law requires inmates to serve 85 percent of their sentence. After serving 85 percent of her sentence, Julie would be eligible to get out early for good behavior. This, however, was assuming she was considered to be a “model inmate” during her time behind bars.
As fans know, Julie Chrisley is currently serving a seven-year sentence behind bars at FMC Lexington, Kentucky. The facility she ended up at left fans scratching their heads as the website describes it as “an administrative security federal medical center with an adjacent minimum security satellite camp.”
The family, however, insists there was no medical reason why Julie was assigned to this prison. Even their lawyer has said they don’t know why she was assigned to this particular facility as it wasn’t their decision nor did they give any input on it.
Some Chrisley Knows Best fans are wondering when 85 percent of Julie Chrisley’s sentence will be up. When will she be eligible to be considered for an early release? Fortunately, public records of her inmate details to confirm an early release date for Julie has been determined.
Earliest release date for Julie Chrisley revealed
Per public records, the earliest release date for Julie Chrisley is January 2nd, 2029. Doing the math, that is a little less than six years from now. So, if Julie is determined to be a perfect inmate, she could shave roughly a year off of her sentence for good behavior.
As fans know the Chrisley family is hoping to shave a lot more than a year off of her sentence as they continue to pursue an appeal.

If she gets off early just showing it’s money and people that matter.They cheated and swindled the American Taxpayers out of money they should have payed. I hope they pay their debt in prison. They should serve their time just like all the other criminals. It’s bad to see politicians and people who think they’re superior and above all others. Weather they cheat for money or transport minors across state lines and get away with those crimes is disgusting and one day they’ll finally pay for their crimes.

Her past health problems with Cancer suggest she should be released early,fiseases like cancer feed on anxiety and stress,home confinement with her children could help her,that’s why I think she was sent to a medical facility! Let her be with her children Nanny Fayes age and health problem are too great for an older woman to bear this grief of her children,might start off a new round of medical problems Cardiac event or a stroke from stress!
Really, I think this is a waste of taxpayer money. They should be made to pay everything they owe, even fines. But putting them in prison this long is just ridiculous. The prisons are full as it is. They need the prison for murderers, thieves, child molesters, ect. They should be on probation. They could be out trying to make money to pay what they owe. now they’re sitting in prison doing nothing.

Just because the judges found them guilty of tax fraud and tax evasion and etc. etc. will let me tell you how what this is if the judges had family members like a daughter and they did and then she did something like that but she was wrongly accused of it don’t you think that he’s going to fight try to get her out of prison that goes along with anybody’s family members they are not guilty. They’re good people you need to let them out and live their life. Then kids need their parents please USA United States, judge judgment. Please let them out let them out. I know they already paid their dues and everything else but they do not need to be in there for wrongdoings when somebody murder somebody somebody gets life in prison and somebody else gets seven years in prison.
Joe & Teresa from Jersey housewives did jail time at separate times so their children would always have a parent raising them. I think they should do the same.
