Former GMA stars Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are in talks with rival networks and planning their return to TV. This comes a month after the duo was fired from the ABC show after their scandalous relationship came to light. Robach joined GMA as a correspondent in 2012 after which she became an anchor in 2014. Holmes joined ABC in 2014 and served as a correspondent. He substituted as needed until he was made permanent later that year. Both Robach and Holmes have stayed under the radar after their firing from Good Morning America. However, last month, they confirmed their relationship still exists after they were spotted sharing a kiss in bathing suits by a pool a day after Valentine’s Day. They even went for a vacation in Mexico and were photographed chatting with people on the street in Puerto Vallarta.

Now that they are back from their vacation, the couple seems to have pitched an idea for a new talk show to rival Live with Kelly and Mark. They want their new show to be just as up close and personal as it is with Live!
Amy And T.J. Pitch New Show After Ryan Seacrest’s Exit
As per DailyMail, Amy and T.J. have decided to pitch an idea for a new talk show to NBC, CBS, and CNN. The couple is aggressively pitching new ideas that will show off their existing talent as well as their chemistry. Although not a lot of details are known about their potential new show, sources suggest that the talk show will help the network get a daytime TV push.

Their move to approach the networks as a couple comes right after Ryan Seacrest announced his departure from the show handing over the mantle to Mark Consuelos. An insider told the outlet, “Think about it. You have a show with two attractive hosts that does pretty well and then boom- the sexy romantic drama of the decade unfolds with your two stars. Who wouldn’t want to watch them interact every day- see those sparks fly?”

The insider further added that the pair have been presenting their pitch while in Los Angeles. More so, this is where they attended public relations legend Howard Bragman’s funeral on Sunday. This memorial was their first public outing together as an official couple.
