‘The View’ Fans Enjoy Show Without Whoopi Goldberg

They’re begging for Joy to take over permanently as moderator. She led the panel on the hot topics of the day. Whoopi has been off the show and fans noticed how much better the show is without her. Months ago, many asked the show to fire Whoopi from the show.

Joy has been making her share of slip-ups and bloopers this week. She accidentally said the word “erection” instead of “insurrection” during a previous segment on the talk show. On Wednesday’s show, The View panel talked about the moment when Fox News host Tucker Carlson shared footage from the January 6th Capitol riot.

Joy first said “election” and then said “erection” before the panel erupted in laughter. Alyssa Farah Griffin said: “Well done!” with a big smile on her face. Sara Haines and Sunny Hostin couldn’t contain the giggles.

Fans of The View went crazy over Joy’s slip-up. Some joked that she had something else on her money during the daytime show. Others called it the “best Freudian slip ever.” There were also some who agreed the words sound very similar, even if they meant different things.
