Savannah Chrisley Says Service Dogs Treated Better Than Mom
On her Valentine’s Day episode of Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley, Todd and Julie’s daughter came in hot by blasting the living conditions of Federal Medical Center Lexington in Lexington, Kentucky. Savannah Chrisley is NOT happy with how the facility is treating for and tending to her mother. And, she wants the world to know about it.
What did Savannah reveal about the living conditions inside of the Federal Medical Center Lexington? Keep reading for the details!
Savannah Chrisley blasts Federal Medical Center Lexington
Julie Chrisley is currently serving a seven year sentence at Federal Medical Center Lexington. She started her sentence a little over a month ago. Savannah explained the reason why she was so upset is because the facility her mother was doing time at did not have any AC. She continued to explain the service dogs the facility works to train, however, are housed in a separate building with both heating and AC.
My mom’s in a facility that has no air, but yet there are service dogs for the prison that are in a heated and cooled building because it’s inhumane for them not to have air.
Naturally, Savannah wanted to understand why it was inhumane for the dogs, but not for the actual people.
She continued to vent: “I read an executive order that Biden signed that said all federal inmates must be housed in environmentally friendly facilities and I’m like, ‘OK, well, this is completely opposite of that.'”
Savannah Chrisley proceeded to point out this was just a prime example of how corrupt the system is and how most people know nothing about things like this until it becomes their reality.
Presently, Lexington, Kentucky is still enjoying brisk and chilled winter air. Fans, however, agree things are only going to get more uncomfortable for Julie when the summer heat rolls into the Kentucky air.
She’s also addressed her father’s changes
Savannah Chrisley also admitted on her podcast that it was a bit shocking to see her father’s hair growing grey when she last visited him as well. Todd Chrisley has always been very open about enjoying his cosmetic enhancements. So, fans can only imagine how he feels not having access to these enhancements behind bars. Admittedly some fans are a bit bummed they haven’t seen photos of Todd and Julie Chrisley since they went behind bars a month ago.

It’s called prison not a resort. Do the crime and do the time
Yes it is a prison but the inmates are still human! They are doing the time but still deserve to be treated like humans. If it was your family. I guarantee you would not like the situation either.
Prison, not resort. It is not inhumane to not have A/C. Some of my friends don’t have A/C and they are not in prison.
