Kylie Jenner hasn’t been shy about showing off her new home. She first debuted it on her Instagram Stories. The reality star purchased the “resort-style” mansion for $36.5 million. Per Zillow.com, it features four separate guest houses, a private movie theater, and a massive swimming pool.

The mansion is located in the Holmby Hills area. It’s just a few miles away from the Playboy Mansion. Realtors say it’s located on Mapleton Drive, which is one of the best streets in the Platinum Triangle of Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, and Holmby Hills.

It sits on top of 0.83 acres of land. The 19,250 square-foot home has 14 baths and seven bedrooms. Each of the guest houses comes with its own kitchenette and living space. They can also enjoy their own private patios and entrances.

It also has a guard house and chef’s kitchen with a full bath and kitchen. Kylie Jenner confirmed the purchase of the lavish home by snapping selfies inside of it. It’s no secret that she likes to add to her real estate portfolio. She lives in another home in Hidden Hills with her daughter, Stormi.
