'My 600-Lb. Life' Season 11: Are Geno & Jess Still Together?

My 600-Lb. Life Season 11 introduced fans to the budding new relationship between Geno Dacunto and Jessica ‘Jess’ De’Loughery. Geno explained that Jess was a friend he was interested in being more than just friends with. And, while he was on this journey to a healthier life, he decided to shoot his shot with his friend. As the Season 11 Premiere comes to an end, however, things are left a bit unclear regarding whether Geno and Jess are still together.

From what viewers could tell, Jess was back in Connecticut. And, Geno was now living his best life in Texas with his cousin Nico and his girlfriend Rose. Did his relationship with Jess work out with the distance between them? Or, did the romance fizzle out?

Geno’s Facebook profile confirms he is still in a relationship with Jess. His profile confirms they’ve been in a relationship since May of last year. The My 600-Lb. Life cast member has a pretty recent photo of himself and his girlfriend revealing that he has maintained the weight he lost since his time with Dr. Now. It, however, doesn’t appear as if he’s lost much additional weight. The photo reveals he appears to be getting out and around a lot more and living a much more fulfilling life with his girlfriend, Jess by his side.

Now, Jess also shared a recent photo of herself and Geno on her Facebook profile. The photo reveals these lovebirds aren’t afraid of a little PDA as the photo is a bit spicy for Facebook. The two are engaged in a passionate kiss as Jess looks incredible in a bikini.

With the way the episode ended, fans were not really sure what would become of this couple. Jess, however, did tell Geno that she had been basically waiting in the friend zone for six years. And, she could continue to wait for him. My 600-Lb. Life fans are happy that despite Nico not really seeming very sure of his cousin’s new girlfriend, things worked out.
