Chase Chrisley Gives Wise Advice To Fans Amid Losing Parents
Chase Chrisley was one of the last members of the Chrisley Knows Best family to speak out after his parents were collectively convicted to 19 years behind bars. Understandably, he had strong feelings about what was happening to his family. He, however, felt like he didn’t owe anyone an explanation for how he was feeling or what he was thinking. Fans agree this is a far cry from his sister Savannah who has been extremely vocal about feeling as though justice was NOT served.
With all of this information in mind, fans were a bit surprised when Chase Chrisley was among the first to break silence following his parent’s surrender to their respective federal prisons. Turns out, Chase Chrisley stumbled on a pretty helpful quote that he thought was great advice for anyone who was dealing with the loss of a parent. So, he took a screenshot of the quote and shared it on his Instagram Stories sometime after his parents surrendered.
Chase Chrisley offers advice on losing a parent
As Savannah Chrisley has explained on her podcast, Todd and Julie’s children are currently in an uncomfortable position where they are dealing with losing their parents who are still very much alive. Savannah explained that she was in a place where she felt like she was forced to mourn someone who was very much still alive. It appears as if Chase shares those feelings as he shared some advice on coping with the loss of a parent on Instagram.
See a screenshot of the quote he shared on his stories down below:
The quote Chase Chrisley shared told the story of two friends that went golfing. One friend had recently lost their wife. The friends discussed their plans after golfing. The friend said that his wife wanted to make chili for dinner, but he didn’t really feel like going to the store to get the ingredients needed.
The friend with the deceased wife simply said “make the chili.”
Now, the post proceeded to clarify the advice was NOT about making chili. The advice was about doing selfless things for people you care about out of love because in an instant the person could be taken away.
Naturally, Chrisley Knows Best fans wonder what selfless things Chase Chrisley did for his parents in the days before they headed to the slammer.
