Julie Chrisley Reassigned: Prison For Inmates With Medical Needs
Julie Chrisley was originally assigned to report to a federal prison for female inmates that was just hours away from where her husband Todd would be. It, however, has been reported that she was reassigned to report to the Federal Medical Center, Lexington (FMC Lexington) in Kentucky. This particular facility is for both male and female inmates. The facility, however, stipulates it is for inmates who “require medical or mental health care.”
Naturally, learning that Julie Chrisley has been reassigned to a federal prison intended for inmates with medical and mental needs has all sorts of questions coming up within the fan base. Is something wrong with Julie Chrisley? Does she have a mental or physical need to be at this facility? Why did she get moved so far away from Todd?
Presently, there hasn’t been any information reported regarding why Julie Chrisley was reassigned to this prison. Fans, however, have speculated on what could be the reason.

Does Julie Chrisley have medical or mental health care needs?
As Chrisley Knows Best fans know, Julie Chrisley was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2012. She discovered she had breast cancer after her husband Todd pressured her into getting a mammogram. Todd reportedly pressured his wife into getting a mammogram after several of her friends were battling cancer. Last year, Julie Chrisley reassured fans during her podcast that she had been cancer-free for ten years.
Given her history with breast cancer, however, some fans are speculating this could be the reason why she was reassigned to Federal Medical Center, Lexington (FMC Lexington) in Kentucky. The argument could have been made that she needed a facility equipped to check her for cancer periodically over the course of her sentence.
Likewise, there is also the possibility that she has some other health issue or mental issue that fans just know nothing about. After all, Nanny Faye was diagnosed with bladder cancer in the fall of 2021. Fans did not find out about the cancer until 2022. And, fans only found out about the cancer because of the court trial. Todd explained that his mother simply didn’t want people to know. So, the family does have a history of being secretive about medical issues.
Unfortunately, at this point in time, fans are left with nothing more than speculation regarding why Julie Chrisley was reassigned to a prison facility that houses inmates with medical and mental health needs. But, her history with cancer seems to be the most likely fan speculation at this point.

why is there anybody’s business I know that there’s fans out there who wants to know everything that a famous person got going on with them. but please they have children and I know that they came out and they said what they had to say but still I think that we will find out whatever they want to tell us don’t be gossiping each other you do not know what’s going on. let them do their time in peace and eventually in no time they will be out and making us laugh and entertaining us on TV.
I think she suffers from horrible anxiety and depression. I would be that way and she didn’t expect this. I feel she really didn’t know what was going on and she did what she was told to do and she’s basically the innocent one. She wasn’t working in the business her husband was while she was raising her kids. She also mentioned on her podcast she had had some appts. No one knows their medical issues unless Todd tells he has low testosterone? Maybe Todd was set up? He’s not the smartest nut in the tree at times. Poor thing she may be paying for someone else’s deception…. I feel bad for both of them but her the most! 🙏💔😢💕😇
I do think Julie has mental and physical issues. And do believe she was manipulated by Todd. She mostly grins, smiles or laughs. Not a lot of lines to Todd other than Todd you have to be kidding me. Heard that a lot on the show.
BC i totally agree with you i don’t think Julie would be in the situation she’s in now if it weren’t for Todd. I do feel so sorry for Julie i pray that she will be able to get through this. I will be praying for her.
After reading everything pertaining to the downfall of the Chrisley’s Knows Best couple, her health issues are her business. Now that January 17th had arrived, it seems like Julie went into a full blown panic attack since that day they were charged with their wrong doing. She’s been in such denial that when the shit finally hit the fan, she realized that it’s all REAL!!!,

I may be mistaken but on an earlier episode didn’t Julie say she was diabetic. Isn’t that why she was doing healthy cookbooks for low sugar, etc?
