Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie had some big news to share. The co-anchors were overcome with emotion as they celebrated five years together. This should finally put the feud rumors to rest. The two ladies toasted each other as they cried.

Hoda and Savannah were joined by Sheinelle Jones, Dylan Dreyer, Craig Melvin, and Carson Daly. The Today Show co-hosts reunited after their extended holiday break. Each of them held a glass of champagne in their hand. Hoda and Savannah talked about some of the moments they shared together.

“The stuff we show on TV is fun, but the stuff I love the most is the stuff that’s not on TV,” Hoda shared as she cried. “I’m thinking about our morning just this morning, and there are so many just like that. That happens before the cameras all go on and we really get to be us.”

Savannah agreed with her. She called Hoda her “soul sister.” She credited NBC for letting them co-host for five years. Their co-hosts toasted them with their champagne glasses.

One fan thinks there’s truth to the behind-the-scenes rumors. They brought up the rumors that Hoda and Savannah “hate each other off camera.” Reportedly, the two have been feuding for months. The user argued that Carson Daly doesn’t want to pretend as if everything is perfect between them.

Leaving the Today Show?

The Voice host may not worry about the Today Show feud any longer. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Carson Daly is in the running to replace T.J. Holmes. Good Morning America is also considering Jenna Bush Hager. The ABC morning show wants to poach some of Today’s talent instead of using their own.

The GMA3 co-anchors have been embroiled in controversy ever since their affair leaked in late November 2022. The network is looking for replacements for both Amy and TJ. They feel that Jenna and Carson would be perfect for the position. It may not happen because they have non-compete clauses in their contracts with Today.
