Why the GMA star has beef with American Express

Sam Champion took to Twitter to air his grievances with American Express. His issue was mostly with the American Express Centurion Lounge and its policies. Thousands of Americans are in the eye of the storm as they’re impacted by the weather-inclement travel. Sam was riled up by the business that’s taking advantage of travelers.

American Express won’t allow them to check in early into the lounge, even if their flight is delayed. He feels that they should make their customers their first priority. Allowing them into the lounge early would make for a much more comfortable and pleasant travel experience.

“Do NOT count on @AmericanExpress #centurionlounge they NOW will not let u in 3hrs b4 flight EVEN if delayed!” Sam Champion angrily wrote in his tweet. “Hit your @AmericanAir or @Delta lounges!”
