Why are T.J. Holmes & Amy Robach missing from Instagram?

T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach’s Instagram accounts went dark. Earlier this month, TV Shows Ace reported that the GMA3 co-hosts disappeared from the social media app. Fans can’t keep up with their favorites anymore due to the affair rumors. Both of them shared updates about their personal lives and careers on Instagram.

Little did they know that their personal lives would become tabloid fodder. Both Good Morning America co-hosts went dark on Instagram. They deactivated their accounts in light of the news of their alleged six-month affair. On November 30, DailyMail.com talked about their tryst and included photographic and video proof.

Some of those photos showed Amy and T.J. laughing together and looking cozy at a lounge in New York City. They also participated in the city’s annual marathon together and went on a weekend getaway. T.J. and Amy were married to other spouses despite being in a romantic relationship. However, they claim that they separated from their spouses a few months ago.

What’s interesting is that their respective spouses join them during the NYC Marathon. They even snapped a photo together. ABC benched the GMA3 co-anchors just days after the affair rumors hit the internet. Fans couldn’t stop buzzing about the alleged affair and producers didn’t want it to be the focal point of the family-friendly morning show.

GMA3’s Dr. Jennifer Ashton goes dark on Twitter

Dr. Jennifer Ashton announced her exit from Twitter. She shared that she had enough of the social media app. The GMA3 co-host took to her Instagram Stories to share the news with her fans. Some fans wondered if the reason why she deactivated her Twitter account was that she was tired of being hounded about T.J. and Amy’s alleged affair.

The GMA3 co-anchor claims that she left because of the spread of misinformation that she came across. The television personality also came across trolls and nasty comments. Jennifer admitted that she had enough of the social media app, which has been the center of attention for the past few weeks.

“I just deactivated my Twitter account…” Dr. Jennifer wrote. “The anti-scientific rhetoric  hate/anger/nastiness & vitriol is just too toxic.”

She will remain on Instagram. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, GMA3 fans begged her to bring back T.J. and Amy. Ultimately, that’s not her decision. They will have to see what happens come 2023.
