Double Jeopardy! Round Spoils The Weekend For Viewers
The episode that aired on December 9 introduced contestant Sriram Krishnan, a consultant from Virginia. The one-day winner faced Ellen LaBerge, a Syracuse, New York-based lawyer, and Matthew Ott, an accountant from Boston, Massachusetts. However, the Double Jeopardy! round came as a surprise loaded with spoilers that ruined the viewer’s weekend plans.

From the clues, contestant Matt, who won the episode with $23K total, chose one for $2000. It read, “When this show ended on April 10, 2022, one of the 2 female leads was dead. Which? Well, the show didn’t live up to its title.”
Matt chimed in with the correct answer and said, “What is ‘Killing Eve.’”
With a wide grin on his face, host Ken Jennings replied, “That is correct, and we have spoiled the ending of Killing Eve for those who haven’t seen it.”
Fans Question Jeopardy! Writers For Spoiling Recent Series
The HBO series starring Jodi Comer and Sandra Oh wrapped its fourth season fairly recently. This left fans that haven’t yet seen the latest season upset at the spoiler.
Outraged with the spoiler-filled episode, fans took to Twitter as one wrote, “Gee, thanks for the TV category. I was binge-watching those shows!!!”

Another fan who didn’t know that the show’s villain got axed, wrote, “Welp, I hadn’t gotten around to finishing Killing Eve yet haha.”
A third chimed in, “Why the writers think that’s cool to do for a very recent series, I have no idea.”
Not just Killing Eve, but the TV show category also spoiled endings for Friday Night Lights, This Is Us, and Silicon Valley.
Jeopardy! Exec Hints At Possible Changes To The Game Show
Earlier this year, Ken and The Big Bang Theory alum Mayim Bialik were declared as the permanent hosts and replacement for Jeopardy!’s greatest host late Alex Trebek. However, the hosting announcement wasn’t the only major change that happened on Jeopardy!
As per The Sun, Michael Davies replaced the ousted Mike Richards as the show’s executive producer, a position that hadn’t seen a replacement for decades. As a result, fans are now out looking for more changes to the show, some they haven’t liked.

Recently, Michael hinted at a possible change to the game in order to benefit any contestant that masters an entire category. However, several fans criticized the potential move stating it can affect a contestant’s outlook on the game show.
