On Friday, The View’s official Instagram page posted a sweet holiday photo of Sunny alongside her colleagues Ana Navarro, Whoopi Goldberg, Alyssa Farah Griffin, and Joy Behar. The panelists posed for the picture sitting on their usual host desk with Mrs. Claus, Santa Claus, and two elves that posed behind them. The picture, which captured the beauty of Christmas decorations in the studio, had everyone except Sara Haines.

The picture was captioned, “It’s officially the holiday season at The View!”
Although the snap reflected the jolly Christmas vibe, some users referred to Sunny Hostin’s face and asked her to take things easy with her beauty routine. As per The Sun, the lawyer wore a black top with a pink blazer and flaunted brunette hair styled in loose waves for the Christmas photoshoot.

However, it wasn’t her clothing choice that surprised fans as one wrote, “Sunny needs to chill on the Botox…. Looks like she’s bleaching her skin also.”

Although Sunny is yet to address these remarks surrounding her appearance, she didn’t hold back on Monday when discussing the recent scandal about Kim Kardashian. In the episode, the hosts discussed the backlash against the luxury company Balenciaga. The panelists talked about the ads they ran of children holding several BDSM accessories.
They blasted the designer brand, and the current Balenciaga ambassador, Kim, was caught in the crossfire. Balenciaga was condemned for running the ad without reviewing it and later not even taking any accountability for their actions.

Apart from sharing her anger over the Balenciaga ad campaign, Sunny took things a step further and blasted the designer brand for its products. In doing so, she shaded Kim’s position as the company’s ambassador and her fashion sense. She further explained why the ABC show couldn’t even air a picture from the controversial ad campaign.

“We can’t even show the picture because it’s so distasteful. But, what’s also very distasteful is, like, Balenciaga lately. Their stuff is just ugly. I mean, the bag that the little girl is holding is ugly. Do you remember when Kim K was dressed in Balenciaga for the gala, the Met Gala? She looked like a bat or something!” explained the ABC News Analyst.
