On the latest broadcast of The Talk, Sheryl Underwood showed off her nearly 100-pound weight loss. She wore a tan sweater vest over a white button-up shirt with chocolate brown plaid pants. Sheryl crossed her legs as she showed off her smaller figure. The co-host also wore a long gold necklace, gold hoop earrings, a gold bracelet, and brown pumps.
She even wore her dark hair differently. As fans know, Sheryl loves to switch it up with different wigs. This time around she styled her black hair in soft waves. Her recent sighting comes after she lost almost 100 pounds. In a prior broadcast of The Talk, Sheryl shared that she had to make “significant lifestyle changes.”
“I was not healthy and I wanna live a long, long time and I wanna be sitting on this stage a long, long time,” Sheryl Underwood explained. “I did what I needed to do and I just wanted to be able to put on a very stylish, but clingy dress to symbolize all the work that I’ve put in.”

In an exclusive interview with People, Sheryl Underwood talked about her fitness and diet regimen. Over a year ago, she was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and hypertension. At the time, Sheryl weighed between 230 to 250 pounds. She knew she had to change her entire lifestyle.
“I really wanted to get ahead of it,” Sheryl Underwood told People. “I knew I was gaining weight. I could see it, and I knew that something was happening with my health.”
