On Reddit, a fan posted two screenshots of Kelly Jo’s recent Instagram Stories. One of her stories featured an Instagram Reel created by the Bates Sisters Boutique. Carlin, Evan, Whitney, and Zach all run the boutique together and often create funny videos to promote their products. Another recent Instagram Story post included a picture of the Christmas cards Erin is selling in her shop called Chad and Erin Co.
Below, you can see the Instagram Stories that the Bringing Up Bates matriarch recently shared. Fans pointed out that it’s interesting how Kelly Jo talked about how funny Evan is while simply stating that Erin is selling Christmas cards.
Bringing Up Bates fans think this is a sign that Kelly Jo likes Evan and Carlin more than she likes Erin. One fan said, “Carlin is definitely Kelly’s favorite daughter and it shows.”
Someone else agreed and said, “Kelly’s favorite is Carlin, she makes it so obvious.”
Other fans are beginning to speculate that something happened between Erin and Carlin. They think that Kelly Jo could have sided with Carlin, which may explain the differences in her posts about her kids. Fans found it odd that Kelly Jo’s post about Erin didn’t even include a compliment on how cute the cards were.
Of course, this is all speculation. So, it’s unclear what is really going on between Kelly Jo and her kids.
