What is Erich Schwer looking for in the future?
Erich Schwer went to Instagram to share answers to a Q&A he did with fans. He answered some random questions about sleeping positions and fashion but one question answered what he is looking for in a future partner.
What is Erich looking for? He said, “Back scratchies!” This was captioned on a photo of him holding up his hands in a clawing motion.
Surely Erich is looking for more than just someone to scratch his back. During his time on The Bachelorette, Erich shared more on his bio about what he is looking for in a relationship.
His bio said, “When it comes to relationships, Erich acts with intention and is looking for the real deal. He doesn’t want to be in a relationship just to be in a relationship and says that the next time he commits, it’s for the long haul. His perfect partner is easygoing, selfless and communicative; and while he says he doesn’t have a type, he often finds himself attracted to taller women. He loves doing the unexpected and finds joy in making someone feel special. Above all, Erich hopes to find his best friend and someone with whom he can spend a lifetime of quality time.”
Well, his commitment this time around definitely wasn’t for the long haul. Perhaps he will soon find his person.
His relationship with Gabby
Erich and Gabby Windey were only together two months after the big Bachelorette finale aired. They seemed to be solid but she immediately went into filming Dancing With the Stars. Many think DWTS is a curse for newly engaged Bachelor couples.
In the end, their relationship couldn’t stand the test of time. Gabby announced their split subtly at first saying they were cheering each other on from afar.
Then, she addressed the split saying they weren’t in sync with one another.
Erich for his part said he would always support Gabby and it turns out they just weren’t each other’s person.
