‘VPR’ Star & Film Producer Randall Emmett Hit With New Lawsuit

Randall Emmett has been involved in a new lawsuit. This time, he was sued by his former assistant. He claims that he had to pay for “drugs and prostitutes.” This comes on the heels of the explosive report in The Los Angeles Times, where multiple women accused the film producer of harassment.

He’s been involved in a string of lawsuits in the past few months. More details have come out about the former Vanderpump Rules star, who appeared on the Bravo series with his ex-fiance Lala Kent. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Randall’s ex-wife Ambyr Childers filed a restraining order against him as she fears for her life.

Scathing new lawsuit about Randall Emmett

Randall Emmett was hit with the lawsuit this week. His ex-assistant alleged that he paid for prostitutes and drugs on his behalf. Randall became known as a Hollywood producer for films like Silence and The Irishman. However, his personal life has taken center stage in lieu of his split with VPR co-star Lala Kent.

The couple ended their engagement in October 2021. Lala alleged that Randall cheated on her with numerous women, even when she was pregnant with their first child. Ambyr Childers has also filed a restraining order against Randall Emmett. She accused him of making threats to her.

Randall Emmett continues to get hit with more lawsuits and allegations. There’s one claim that he asked his former employee to concoct an “insurance fraud scam” with his missing Rolls Royce. Martin G’Blae started working for Emmett/Furla Oasis Productions in 2020. He feels that his race played a role in his firing even though he performed his duties.

On Tuesday, November 3, Martin filed a lawsuit against Randall Emmett. Some of his responsibilities included paying for Randall’s “prostitutes and drug dealers,” which made him fear for his life. He also alleges that Randall brought cocaine with him on a trip to Puerto Rico when he filmed his latest movie, Midnight in the Switchgrass. The “hotel receptionist and security guard” found the contents in his luggage.

Martin also alleged that Randall Emmett used racial slurs on more than one occasion. He allegedly used the n-word when he referred to rapper 50 Cent. In another conversation, he allegedly called Cardi B a “ratchet b****.” Randall’s attorney, Suann MacIssac, denied the claims in a statement to Us Weekly.

They claim the lawsuit is from “a disgruntled former employee who was fired for cause” and made up “fictitious allegations.” In another statement to Page Six, Randall Emmett’s attorney stated that he “has never used a racially derogatory term in his life.” They plan to take Martin to court and hold him “accountable for his actions.”

Despite Martin’s strict Muslim beliefs, Randall also made him do gambling-related errands that made him feel “uncomfortable.” Martin is suing the former reality star for attorney fees, emotional stress damages, and punitive damages.
