‘Today’ Savannah Guthrie Breaks Silence About Anxiety On Show?

Savannah Guthrie broke her silence about struggling with anxiety on the show. She also mentioned her biggest fear while going live. Savannah spent the early morning hours talking to fans outside the NYC headquarters. On Tuesday, November 1, she took to Instagram to talk about her fears.

Savannah posted three photos of herself on her Instagram Story. Each one featured her wearing a black velvet dress that featured buttons going down the dress and a slit. She paired the look with silver sparkly pumps and dark nails. Read on to see some of the photos and Savannah’s fear.

Today Show co-host mentions her biggest fear

In her Instagram Stories, Savannah Guthrie admitted that tripping and falling on live television is her biggest fear. The photos showed her smiling and talking to the fans outside the Today Show set. She captioned the post: “Internal dialogue. Don’t trip, don’t trip, don’t trip.”

Savannah Guthrie looked like she had all together in the photo. However, she was more concerned with her pumps, which featured very thin heels. They look to be about three to four inches high. That Instagram Story showed her with a roll of papers in her hand.

Another one of the photos showed her looking down at the ground to keep her eye on the wire that was in the middle of the pathway. In her other Instagram Stories, Savannah posed with a fan outside the headquarters. That post didn’t include a caption. Savannah loves to stop for her fans and talk with them outside of the morning show.

Savannah Guthrie hosted BravoCon 2022

Last month, Savannah Guthrie made an appearance at BravoCon 2022 alongside Hoda Kotb. She wore a black mortorcycle jacket, which she paired with a matching dress and ankle boots that featured chunky boots. Meanwhile, Hoda wore a hot pink satin shirt and matching pants. She finished off her look with simple jewelry and nude pumps.

Both of the ladies were at the three-day convention to host some of the panels. They hosted Andy Cohen’s panel. As fans know, Savannah Guthrie and Hoda are longtime friends of the Bravo family. Savannah took to her Instagram Stories at the time to share some of the behind-the-scenes content with fans.

She’s been sharing a lot of behind-the-scenes content with Hoda. This time, they were on the set of the Today Show. In between commercial breaks, the co-hosts took part in a special interview. They discussed their morning routines and some of the rituals they take part in on the set of the show.
