Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb are leaking their off-screen conversations. The Today Show co-hosts are defying the rumors that they’re feuding behind the scenes. In the past few weeks alone, Savannah and Hoda have been doing interviews together and talking about their relationship.

Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb were featured on Today Parents. They opened up about their close relationship and the topics they discuss just minutes before they go live. Savannah and Hoda have developed a close bond since they’re both moms.

“I didn’t know that 10 or 15 minutes before going on the air that so much could be shared,” Hoda explained. “I was trying to figure out if we should do school for a half-day or a full day and within minutes, Savannah was weighing up the pros and cons.”

Hoda shares two daughters, Haley, 5, and Hope, 3, with her ex-fiance Joel Schiffman. Meanwhile, Savannah Guthrie shares daughter Vale, 8, and Charley, 5, with her husband Mike Feldman. During the interview, she kept gushing about her co-host. She admitted that Hoda is a great shoulder to lean on.

“If there’s a day where five minutes before the air, the foremost thing on our mind is something that happened at home, we can talk about that with each other,” Savannah Guthrie said. “If I need to vent, I know Hoda has an open and willing ear, and really good advice, too.”

Despite the rumors that the two hate each other behind the scenes, Savannah Guthrie couldn’t stop raving about Hoda. She called her a great mother. Savannah even taken some of Hoda’s own parenting tips.

“Hoda is one of the most thoughtful and intentional parents I’ve ever come across,” Savannah Guthrie continued. “She makes sure that giving and charity and love for others is as much a part of their upbringing as eating your vegetables.”

Hoda reciprocated the feelings. She shared that Savannah showed her how to explain difficult topics to her kids. Hoda admits that her co-host comes up with some words of wisdom that she keeps on her Notes app. Savannah and Hoda sounded like friends during their conversation.
