Hallmark’s Countdown To Christmas 2022 is here and it is kicking off with Noel Next Door.

What Is Hallmark’s Noel Next Door About?
According to the Hallmark synopsis, Noelle (Hall) is a single mom who learns that her grumpster neighbor has scolded her son Henry (Shoniker).
She marches over to unit 224 to see the mean Mr. Geir (Sevier) but discovers he is Jeremy, a guy she has encountered in the past. He is not the misunderstood neighborhood scrooge.
Noelle works at the local diner and serves her dapper neighbor. There are sparks, but Jeremy refuses to see them. He cannot understand what an attractive woman like Noelle would ever see in a guy like him.
Next, they run into each other at the pharmacy. Their chemistry is off the charts! But, Jeremy still has his doubts. He cannot muster the courage to ask her out.
Meanwhile, Noelle feels sad about this situation. She doesn’t know what she can do to encourage him to ask her out.
However, the two meet again at one of Henry’s soccer games. Will the two finally go out and get to know each other during this magical time of the year?

The premiere of Noel Next Door is Friday, October 21, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. This is the movie that kicks off Countdown To Christmas 2022!

The synopsis is wrong as the mom is separated which means she is still married. Hallmark is promoting cheating on a spouse by having this mom dating while married.
Not my idea of a good Christmas movie.
