All of the co-hosts get ready with the cast, crew, and glam squad in tow. Robin heads into the green room with her “glam fam,” where she prays and shares other bits of wisdom.

Michael Strahan prefers to start his day with upbeat music. As for Lara Spencer, she gets ready with some “spackle.” Some of the co-hosts turn to prayers or astrology to get their much-needed wisdom. Robin loves greeting the GMA fans in front of the Times Square headquarters before the show starts.

Of course, the co-hosts are going to need plenty of coffee to get them going. GMA host George Stephanopoulos loves to have coffee alone in his office. The anonymous source revealed that they will have the most random early-morning conversations. At one point, they found themselves having a deep discussion about Star Wars.

Sometimes the hosts hold down multiple jobs and ventures. The crew will see them run from one studio to the next. Or, they will have to have a fill-in at the desk. GMA fans are not happy whenever one of their favorites is out.
