Lala Kent Hints She Wants Ex-Fiance Held Accountable?

Lala Kent hinted that she wants her ex-fiance held accountable. The Vanderpump Rules star shared a cryptic post that seemed to point fingers at the Hollywood producer. This comes amid Eric Weinberg’s own scandal. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office charged the former Scrubs writer with 18 accounts of sexual assault.

The explosive details came out on Wednesday, October 5. Police arrested the television writer and producer on Tuesday. Later, Eric was released on $5 million bail, which was previously $3.225 million. On Wednesday, Lala took to her Instagram Story to share a Los Angeles Times article about the scandal.

Compares Eric Weinberg to Randall Emmett?

Lala Kent shared the article with her followers. She revealed that she was on the side of the victims. The Bravo star also compared Eric Weinberg’s scandal to Randall Emmett, who is also a Hollywood producer. Lala wants her ex-fiance to face the same punishment for his own behavior.

The blunt television star hinted that there are other producers like Eric. Even though Lala didn’t name names, it was clear that she was talking about the Midnight in the Switchgrass producer. She’s hoping that justice will come to all of them.

“Proud of the women who came forward, stopping these heinous acts,” Lala Kent wrote across the screenshot of The Los Angeles Times article. “There are more like him, out there… and they will be held accountable.”

Randall Emmett exposé

Earlier this year, an explosive exposé about Randall Emmett was also published in The Los Angeles Times. Several women came forward against the scorned producer. Some of them claimed that he demanded lewd acts in exchange for movie roles. Others said that he forced himself on them and abused them behind the scenes.

Many of them cited inappropriate and unfair behavior in the workplace. The article also touched on Lala Kent’s ex-fiance’s unpaid debts. Randall allegedly argued with Bruce Willis and mistreated him on the set. That doesn’t even include the number of lawsuits against him as his Hollywood career crumbles.

Lala Kent addresses Randall’s sins

Lala Kent shared her thoughts on The Los Angeles Times’ in-depth article about Randall. At the grand opening of Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval’s new bar, Schwartz & Sandy’s in July, she talked about the “disturbing” stories that came to light. She’s aware that her daughter Ocean Emmett will learn these claims about her father one day.

“I know she’s gonna grow up, she’s gonna read things, she’s gonna watch things,” Lala Kent told Entertainment Tonight in July 2022. “I [plan on] just being fully transparent with her, and when she asks questions, I don’t think that sugarcoating it is going to serve anybody.”
