Kim Kardashian Spends $60 Million To Get Away From Kanye West
Kim Kardashian just spent $60 million in an effort to stay away from her ex-husband, Kanye West. Keep reading to find out what exactly she did with the money.
Kim Kardashian buys new home
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s home was iconic when they built it. It took three years to complete, much of which was documented on Keeping up with the Kardashians. It’s known for being museum-like with just how much white they incorporated and how minimal they went with the look.
However, Kim is doing what she can to stay away from Kanye and that includes buying a $60 million house in Malibu People reports. While she is not replacing her current family home in Hidden Hills that she built with Kanye, she does need a place further away.
Apparently, Kanye’s current home is actually very close to the couple’s formally shared home, so, she wanted to get another place she could live a bit further away from him. Apparently, last year, Kanye actually bought a house just across the street from the family home. While this makes sense so he can be close to the children, it also makes sense that Kim would want some space from her ex.
“The Malibu house is just a beach house. She is not selling her Hidden Hills house,” a source starts. “Kanye’s home is very close [to the Hidden Hills house] and this is another way for her to have her autonomy.”
Following in her mother’s footsteps?
Apparently, it’s very common for the Kardashian and Jenner women to own multiple properties. In fact, fans were shocked to find out that Kris Jenner actually has a condo she forgot about. She spoke on the topic during the season premiere of The Kardashians. Fans were horrified to find that not only did she have a condo she forgot about, but the fridge was full of champagne and the freezer was full of expired food.
“This lady kris jenner done forgot she had a condo. lady what???”
“Kris Jenner has a Beverly Hills condo that she completely forgot about yet has been paying for it every month?”
“What was up with the scene at the condo in Beverly Hills that @KrisJenner forgot she owned and the fridge was stocked with nothing but champagne and 2 year old frozen beans.”
Hopefully, Kim Kardahsian doesn’t get this same backlash as her mom from fans by buying a second home!
