GMA host Robin Roberts said she’s “rested and rarin’ to go.” The television personality is back to work after her brief hiatus. Where did Robin Roberts go?
In late August, Robin Roberts confirmed that she was leaving the talk show. However, she assured fans that she was leaving the show forever. She informed them that she would be back and that she was ready for a little rest and relaxation.
The Good Morning America co-host explained that she was taking a European trip with her girlfriend Amber Laign. The two wanted to spend quality time together after the news of Amber’s cancer diagnosis earlier this summer.
Robin told fans that she will see them again soon in September. At the time, she didn’t explain when she would be back in September. It’s not uncommon for hosts to take a little break during the summer. Fans had a feeling that Robin Roberts wanted to take a quick vacation before summer officially ends.

GMA co-host shares a message with her “Glam fam”
On Tuesday, September 6, Robin Roberts shared another update on Instagram. She was ready to get back to work. Robin wore a multi-colored striped dress as she got her head in the game. She assured fans that she was “rested and rarin’ to go.”
Robin stood in the green room with her makeup crew called the “Glam fam.” She shared a message with them and all of her Instagram followers.
“Good morning. Good morning Glam fam,” Robin Roberts said in the clip. “We are back from our world travels.”
The television host said it felt like the “first day of school.” The ABC News co-anchor was all about business. Robin says she hoped her fans had a “good holiday weekend” before leading her group into an inspirational verse.
