Kim Kardashian Finds Love On The Rebound
Admittedly, Kim was not looking for love when she found Pete Davidson. She was still dealing with the fallout of her marriage to Kanye West. Plus, she was attempting to pass the baby bar once again. Then, she hosted SNL and had a skit with Pete where they played Aladdin and Jasmine. A quick kiss led her to feel a spark but he did not come to her cast after party. Eventually, she sought his number out and was only looking for a quick hook-up as she heard he was fun. Never did she imagine he would be the most fun and amazing man ever.
He put her at ease and made her feel comfortable in her own skin. Kim noted that they were both obsessed with their skincare routines. One night, she commented that she had a pimple on her nose. Ultimately, she fell asleep but woke up to discover Pete had put acne cream on her blemish for her. In one episode of The Kardashians, he even made sure she had her favorite ice cream treat on her private plane. Though they attempted to keep their romance under wraps, once it was out, they were all over each other.
He accompanied her to the Met Gala, bleached his hair to match hers, and even got tattoos in honor of her. Kim even revealed to Ellen that Pete had gotten a branding for her, as well. They traveled and enjoyed each other’s company but soon, it started to seem like all was not well in paradise. Rumors started to fly that the couple had parted ways and now it seems the speculation was completely validated.
Over And Done?
Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson showed signs of strain as he has been off in Australia for filming. That was when the rumors started to circulate that there was trouble in paradise. Now it seems like it was all true. According to E!, Kim and Pete ended their romance. However, they have decided to maintain a friendship. Allegedly, they parted ways earlier in the week. The reason for the split was the fact that they are both insanely busy. Add in how far apart they currently are and it just was not a good mix for a proper romance.
Season 2 of The Kardashians will premiere next month on Hulu. Though Pete was on the phone last season, he will be on camera much more when the show resumes. No word on if the show will get a new edit to reflect the breakup. Yet, if the two are really meant to be, they could find their way back to one another. Do you think it is really over for good?
