Josh Duggar is transferred to federal prison in Texas.
In 2021, Josh was arrested and later found guilty of child pornography crimes. The eldest of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 19 kids has now been sentenced to 151 months (roughly 12-and-a-half years) behind bars.
Recently, he was transferred from the Washington County Jail in Arkansas to the Federal Correctional Institute in Seagoville, Texas.
So, if Anna Duggar or any other family members wish to visit him, they must make the almost six-hour drive from Tontitown, Arkansas to Seagoville, Texas.
But now, fans are speculating that Anna might have found a way to avoid this lengthy drive and still provide for her kids.
Might Anna Duggar move to Texas with her seven children?
Last week, Anna’s sister, Priscilla Waller, celebrated her birthday. Surprisingly, Anna made a rare social media appearance in honor of her sister’s big day. Fans quickly pointed out that Priscilla lives in Texas and thought that there might have been another reason why Anna was in the area.
Now, it seems possible that Anna Duggar is attempting to move herself and her seven kids to Texas to be closer to Josh.
According to The Sun, David and Priscilla Waller now have two properties available in Texas. The outlet notes that one of the homes is a ranch that’s around two hours away from the prison.
Another house features 1,296 square feet of living space and is an hour-and-a-half away from the prison.
Josh and Anna Duggar were living in a warehouse on Jim Bob and Michelle’s property. Many fans assumed that she was still living there after he was locked up. However, it now seems possible that she will be settling down with her seven kids in Texas.
At this time, it’s not obvious what she’s decided to do and it’s all speculation. But if Anna does want to move to Texas, it sounds like she has a few connections and possible residences.

I feel so bad for Anna. The love she has for him and the loyalty she presents for her husband is not something you see much of in today’s world. I believe she is in it for the long run. I pray God changes his heart while he is in jail.
Before she commits to anything she needs to have all of her children checked to make sure he didn’t hurt any of them.
