With five kids, the couple stays pretty active and busy. On the show, fans have watched the couple do all kinds of fun activities with their children. So, that may help them get fit. On their Instagram stories this weekend, Amber and Trent gave fans a good look at their transformations. They shared a before and after photo of the two of them together. They noted that these photos were taken about two years apart.
