Kody Brown Has Low Hopes For ‘Bitter’ Daughter Ysabel’s Future?
Sister Wives fans firmly believe Kody Brown only really has an interest in his children when they are small. Fans suspect that as they blossom into teenagers and become adults, he stops seeing them as someone he needs to take care of. In some cases, fans question if he even has any love for his adult children.
Sister Wives fans have never really cared for Kody Brown. But, a deeper and darker hatred for Kody grew inside of fans when he refused to travel with Ysabel for her surgery. Kody blamed COVID, but fans suspected Robyn played a role in the reason he refused to go. The hearts of fans broke as they watched Ysabel break down in tears telling the cameras she just wanted her father to drop everything and be there for her because she needed him.
As if fans didn’t hate Kody enough, the hatred grew even more during a conversation he had with Ysabel. Turns out, that Kody Brown does have very high hopes for his daughter. In fact, he questions if she’ll grow up to be much more than a “bitter old housewife.”
Kody Brown sees little future for ‘bitter’ daughter, Ysabel?
Nearly two weeks ago, Sister Wives fans revisited the conversation Kody Brown had with his daughter, Ysabel. Namely, one fan questioned if Kody really had the audacity to ask Ysabel if she was going to grow up to become a “bitter old housewife.”
“Did he… really ask Ysabel if she would become a bitter old housewife because her dad didn’t show up?” The fan penned on Reddit.
Some Sister Wives fans noted this moment was the final nail in Kody’s coffin and they felt there was absolutely no redeeming himself from what he said to his daughter. Other fans thought it was absolutely disgusting that he would try to spin the conversation into guilting Ysabel.
Many fans admitted they hope Ysabel finds a way to recover from what her father said about her future. But, they hope she never forgets what he said because they do not believe Kody is deserving of her forgiveness. A few fans speculated he was trying to throw shade at Christine. But, he managed to make Ysabel feel like garbage in the process.
