Janelle & Christine Brown Show Off Weight Loss In Snug Skinny Jeans
Sister Wives fans have followed Janelle and Christine Brown for years. While they’re arguably the most likable members of the Sister Wives cast, the women want everyone to know they aren’t just sister wives. They’re also entrepreneurs.
Both Janelle and Christine sell Plexus products and can’t wait to show everyone their weight loss results. Keep reading to see a recent photo of the women.
Janelle & Christine Brown are really proud of their weight loss journey
Since Sister Wives first aired in 2010, both Janelle and Christine Brown admitted to struggling with weight issues. During the first several seasons of the show, the women even joined a gym to focus on a healthier lifestyle.
Today, both women sell Plexus products, which allegedly help with weight loss. The TLC stars both heavily promote the products on their Instagram pages and claim they really work.
“Cheers to when your jeans fit better!!” Christine captioned her Instagram post. “These products rock our world. Bye-bye sugar cravings, mental clarity & energy on point and weight and inch loss for the win!! What’s not to love!?!?! Let’s do this! @the_secret_to_selfcare has more details!”
The Sister Wives stars can be seen posing with a bottle of Plexus. Christine turned the comments off, but the post has over 10,000 likes. It’s clear that both Janelle and Christine have lost a significant amount of weight since Sister Wives first came to TLC.
Janelle didn’t even take a break from selling Plexus products while on vacation in Portugal. Now that’s some serious commitment.
Is there more to Plexus than meets the eye?
Although Janelle and Christine swear by Plexus products, their fans aren’t quite as convinced. Plexus is an MLM company, which stands for multi-level marketing.
Investopedia defines an MLM as “…a strategy used by some direct sales companies to sell products and services. MLM encourages existing members to promote and sell their offerings to other individuals and bring on new recruits into the business. Distributors are paid a percentage of their recruits’ sales. New recruits become the distributor’s network or downline and are, in turn, encouraged to make sales to earn money. Many MLM schemes are legal but there are illegal operations that are run as pyramid schemes.”
And many Sister Wives viewers believe that Plexus products aren’t all that they’re cracked up to be. Furthermore, they believe that Christine and Janelle are just interested in making money and don’t really care about the MLM structure or what Plexus products might actually do to a person.
It’s a topic that’s pretty hotly debated on Reddit from time to time.
