’90 Day Fiance’ Ben Rathbun & Mahogany Roca Team Up For New Venture
90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days stars Ben Rathbun and Mahogany Roca’s love story was extremely ill-fated. It appeared that they would never be in contact again after the tell-all. So what are they doing working together again? Read on to find out how the two are collaborating.
Ben Hopes Mahogany Will Be His 90 Day Fiance
Mahogany seemed to be the perfect fit for divorced father Ben. She was beautiful, religious, and everything he had been looking for despite a thirty-year age gap. They started communicating online and then via the telephone. However, she refused to ever video chat with him which was a big red flag to all the people close to him. He claimed that she was just shy yet she had no problem posing and being provocative for photos and on social media. She also had no problem taking money from him when in need though she claimed it was a loan. He finally decided to take the leap and go visit her in Peru.
She did not pick him up at the airport and it was as if she did not exist with no intentions of ever actually meeting him. Finally, they connected but he learned she was younger than she had claimed. She also had used a lot of filters so did not exactly look like her pictures. He also came off very strong and it ended with him leaving heartbroken after being too much for her. Ben returned to Peru and was ghosted once again but she did show up and they had a lovely time together. The only caveat was he promised no cameras. This proved to be a lie as she discovered on the tell-all. It looked like they were officially over and he was soon arrested for a DUI. Now it looks like the two have reconnected.
Back Together Again?
So, the status of Ben and Mahogany is still up in the air. They are constantly answering questions about their season and his character is always up for debate. Therefore, they decided to start a YouTube channel together according to Monsters & Critics. The idea is to put all of the rumors to rest and really delve deep into what transpired behind the scenes. They also want to talk about what has happened since the cameras went away.
Apparently, a lot went on with Ben’s family since the show aired while Mahogany defends her standoffish behavior toward the man she claimed to be interested in. Viewers already had a lot to say after episode number one:
- “I hope this relationship fails…. this guy is just so sad and desperate to watch as a man”
- “Really? How much is TLC paying you two to keep this sham going”
