Pregnant Jill Dillard Pops In To Wish Jackson Roloff Happy Birthday
Former Counting On star and Duggar daughter Jill Dillard is wishing TLC’s Little People, Big World star Jackson Roloff a happy birthday. Zach and Tori Roloff’s son is celebrating his fifth birthday. So, their friend Jill made the time to send her love his way.

Over the weekend, Jackson had a birthday party with all of his family and friends. After the celebration, Tori posted a couple of pictures on Instagram, sharing the fun details with fans. It looks like Jackson was totally spoiled on his big day.
In the comments section of Tori’s post, fans, friends, and family members are showering Jackson with lots of love. And Jill Dillard decided to pop in, too.
She lives in Arkansas and is in the process of moving to Oklahoma, while Jackson’s family lives in Washington. So, she didn’t celebrate Jackson in person. But she was able to send a birthday wish his way, thanks to social media.
In the comments section of Tori’s post, Jill wrote, “Aww! Happy birthday Jackson!”

How do the Dillards and Roloffs know each other?
It’s unclear when and where exactly the Dillards and Roloffs became friends. Tori Roloff and Jill Dillard sometimes comment on each other’s Instagram posts. So, fans have seen them interact on social media over the years.
Right now, Jill Dillard is pregnant with her rainbow baby. Tori gave birth to her rainbow baby just a couple of weeks ago. A rainbow baby is a baby born after a miscarriage or stillbirth. Sadly, both women had miscarriages in 2021.
Tori and Zach welcomed their third child, a son, Josiah Luke, on April 30. And in July, Jill and her husband, Derick, will have their third baby, who is also a boy. So, they have some things in common.
They also had the chance to meet up with each other when the Dillards took a trip out west. Below, you can see a photo of the two families hanging out on the beach together.
