On Tuesday, May 17, Jill shared a new Instagram post, revealing that it was her birthday. She took a selfie as she sat in the car and showed off her baby bump.
In her post, Jill revealed that she wasn’t having the birthday she had planned. The following day, she was having her glucose tolerance test, so she couldn’t indulge in the “chocolate mess” she was hoping to on her actual birthday. So, her celebration is postponed.

Unfortunately, Jim Bob and Michelle didn’t post anything about Jill’s birthday. They didn’t post on her actual birthday, and now, a few days later, they haven’t even shared a belated birthday post.
Now, this doesn’t mean that they didn’t text, call, or visit with Jill on her birthday. But it might seem strange that they wouldn’t share it on social media, especially when they typically post about their other kids’ birthdays.

For a while, it looked like Jim Bob and Michelle weren’t going to be posting anything about their daughter, Jill. They never shared about a few of her major family announcements. There have been many big things happening in Jill’s life, which she has shared about on her Instagram page.
In February, Jill and her husband, Derick, announced that they are expecting their third baby. Shortly after, they revealed that they are having a baby boy. Jill posted on social media about Derick’s law school graduation. Then, the couple revealed that they are moving to a new home and that Derick got a new job.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar failed to repost any of these announcements. They did, however, acknowledge Derick being sworn in as an attorney last week.
It’s unclear why Jim Bob and Michelle post about some things and not others. But it’s raised some questions among fans on social media.
