Derick & Jill Dillard’s family is growing.
In February, Derick and Jill shared a big announcement with fans. They are expecting baby number three! This news comes after a miscarriage last year. So, this baby is their rainbow baby.
After announcing Jill Dillard’s pregnancy, the couple also revealed that the baby is a boy. They already share two sons, Israel and Samuel.
This is a very busy time for Jill and her family. They recently sold their home and are in the process of moving for Derick’s new job. He recently graduated and was sworn in as an attorney. So, there are many big things happening with the Duggar family.

On Tuesday, May 17, Jill Dillard hopped online to give fans an update on her pregnancy. In a new Instagram post, she revealed that she’s in her third trimester. It won’t be long before the little guy makes his debut.
In her post, Jill snapped a selfie in the car as she rested her cup on her belly. She is celebrating her 31st birthday. However, her birthday plans have changed because she has a glucose test on Wednesday, May 18.
She explained, “My glucose tolerance test (gestational diabetes test) at my doc apt is tomorrow, so I’ll have to save my fave #chocolatemess for later. lol.”
Instead, she had to enjoy a healthier treat. She wrote, “Today it’s a green drink on-the-go + looking forward to a #complexcarb & #protein dinner date with my hubby later this evening while hoping I pass my test tomorrow!”
Hopefully, the rest of Jill’s pregnancy continues to go smoothly. She will likely continue sharing more updates along the way.
Fans are gushing over her latest photo and think she looks happy and healthy. One fan sweetly says, “You look so good!! I know it’s not, but you make pregnancy look so easy!! ❤️”
