Abbie Duggar Forced To Announce Pregnancy?
Former Counting On stars John-David and Abbie Duggar recently announced that she’s expecting their second child! Fans are so happy for the couple and can’t wait to “meet” the new addition. However, now fans are curious to know if Abbie might have had no choice but to make this announcement. Stick around to find out why.
As we reported on Sunday, May 8, John-David and Abbie dropped the big news that they have another baby on the way. They already share a two-year-old daughter, Gracie. Now, they are having a baby boy, who’s due in “late summer.”
Abbie posted a couple of baby bump photos to share the announcement. Two of the Bringing Up Bates daughters and daughters-in-law also announced pregnancies on Mother’s Day.
While John-David and Abbie Duggar appear to be happy to be adding another child to their family, fans are wondering if it was actually their decision to make this announcement when they did.
Abbie Duggar forced to announce her second pregnancy?
For months, fans have speculated that Abbie might be expecting. It looks like she waited quite some time to make an announcement because the baby is due in late summer. The due date appears to be just a couple of months away.
Abbie Duggar was spotted in a couple of snaps from a girls’ day in April. Some fans believed she looked pregnant here, too.
Very recently, her friend, Gabby, renewed her vows. Abbie was a bridesmaid for the vow renewal and posed in many pictures with Gabby and the other bridesmaids.
A couple of the photos that were posted seemed to highlight a baby bump. In one snap Gabby shared, she was even cradling Abbie’s baby bump.
So, at this point, it was pretty obvious that Abbie was pregnant. Why else would Gabby put her hands on Abbie’s belly?
Because Gabby shared those photos just days before Abbie posted her pregnancy announcement, fans are speculating that that’s the only reason she even announced the pregnancy. John-David and his wife began making headlines about her possibly being pregnant.
Over on Reddit, Duggar Snarkers are discussing the announcement. Someone says, “I have a feeling they hoped to wait a little but that technical leak ruined it.”
Another snarker says, “i wonder if she was always planning to announce or did because of the leaked photos.”
