Isabel Roloff Undecided On Having More Children
Isabel Roloff took to Instagram a few hours ago to share details of her birth story. As LPBW fans that follow Jacob Roloff and his wife know, they welcomed their son Mateo into the world on December 6th, 2021. This means Mateo is just days away from turning five months old. “I haven’t shared the whole story yet but in short I did almost die.” Isabel Roloff penned in a very lengthy caption on Instagram. Jacob’s wife proceeds to clarify she had yet to share the details of her birth story because of how traumatic it was for her. Likewise, she was also busy recovering, working through postpartum, and enjoying her newborn son.
In addition to sharing some details of her birth story and her traumatic near-death experience, Isabel Roloff also opened up about her thoughts on having more children. Turns out, she’s a bit undecided at the moment. Keep reading to learn more about what she had to say.
Isabel Roloff undecided on having more children
Within her Instagram post, Isabel points out that she is not embellishing or exaggerating her birth story. She adds that the nurses told her she almost died. Isabel Roloff continues to tell her followers that the birth of Mateo was so traumatic for her that she’s just not sure if she wants to have more children. Jacob Roloff’s wife did make a point to clarify “just yet” leaving the door open for her to change her mind in the future. “Especially in a country with the highest maternal mortality rate,” she added as she concluded her thoughts on having more children.
This contradicts what she said just after giving birth
As TvShowsAce reported about a week after they welcomed Mateo into the world, Isabel Roloff was already hinting at plans to have more children. In fact, Jacob Roloff’s wife caught some heat for pondering getting pregnant with baby #2 for the wrong reasons. At the time, Isabel discussed how terrifying being pregnant and giving birth was. She, however, also thought it was a magical and beautiful experience. Isabel felt that she truly glowed during pregnancy and she loved the way her body changed along with how strong she felt. So, she couldn’t wait to get pregnant again to feel that. Some LPBW fans took this to be her hinting at wanting to get pregnant again. She caught some pretty big heat for it as no two pregnancies pan out exactly the same way.
