Sharna Burgess Shares Incredible Exercise Skills As Her Baby Bump Grows

Some expectant mothers may be content to put their feet up and relax. But Australian dancer Sharna Burgess isn’t going to do that. The 26-year-old is expecting her first baby this summer and she’s doing everything she can to stay active and healthy.

She continues to document her fitness journey on her social media page and even shares pregnancy updates with fans. But you’ll have to keep reading to see how impressive some of her workout routines really are.

Sharna Burgess isn’t letting her pregnancy stop her from living a healthy lifestyle

Professional dancers have to stay on top of their fitness routines if they want to keep dancing and stay in shape. Even though Sharna is heavily pregnant, she doesn’t intend to give up exercise any time soon.

If you follow her on Instagram, then you’ve probably seen some of her iconic gym selfies. Take a look and see her glow!

But the surprising part is that the Season 27 champion isn’t just lifting light weights in the gym. She’s still really going all out. Take a look at this video she posted recently.

“Catch Peanut at the end!!!” Sharna wrote, citing her nickname for her unborn son. “He is moving constantly right now, but I will say he gets super active after I workout. 🤷🏼‍♀️🥰 Also after chocolate milk 😂 and especially whenever Daddy has his hands on my belly. He loves that (but same).”

That’s definitely impressive. Many of us couldn’t pull off those moves even without a baby bump.

Dancing With The Stars fans hope that Sharna Burgess managed to stay healthy through the rest of her pregnancy. She’s due in July. This will be her first child, but will be her partner Brian Austin Green’s fifth son.

What will happen with Dancing With The Stars this fall?

There are many changes coming to Dancing With The Stars this fall. For starters, the show will be on Disney+ instead of ABC. In previous interviews, Season 29 champion Artem Chigvintsev noted that the pro dancers are usually the last ones to know anything. In a nutshell, we can’t be sure if our favorite dancers will come back.

Since Sharna will be recovering from giving birth, we can’t yet say whether or not she will feel up to competing this fall. She will only have about two months to recover and train, so at this point it seems unlikely. But will just have to stay tuned and see what happens next. Sharna is definitely still in amazing shape.
