‘Below Deck’: Hannah Ferrier Defends Aesha Scott

Below Deck Mediterranean alum Hannah Ferrier defended Aesha Scott on social media. As fans know, the two are good friends. Hannah helped Aesha prepare for her first time as a chief stewardess on the spinoff series, Below Deck Down Under. For much of the season, she struggles to get along with Chef Ryan McKeown.

Ryan revealed why he’s so rude to Aesha. He blames her for his arrogance. The two haven’t been on good terms since. During his appearance on the Pop-Off Podcast with James, he threw shade at Aesha by saying she’s all about the Bravo life, while he’s focused on his work.

Aesha’s fellow Below Deck Med alum had something to say about that. Hannah took to social media to throw some shade back at him. She defended her best friend.

Hannah Ferrier throws shade at Chef Ryan

Ryan couldn’t help but throw daggers at Aesha. He claims that she’s more focused on being a Bravo celebrity while he claims to be a hard worker. But his work ethic doesn’t translate well on Below Deck Down Under. He admitted in his confessional that he likes to do the “bare minimum” so he doesn’t work too hard.

Hannah took this opportunity to defend Aesha. The two got close during their time on Season 4 of Below Deck Mediterranean. Hannah took to the comment section of the Below Deck Above Average Instagram post, which shared Ryan’s thoughts on Aesha.

“‘[Aesha’s] whole life is bravo’ – yeah – apart from the part where she spends 10 months a year traveling the world adventure exploring her hubby to be. Apart from that – her whole life is Bravo🙄,” the Below Deck Down Under star shared.

But Ryan didn’t stop there. He also threw shade at Hannah, adding, “Wait. What did you get fired for again😂.” A Below Deck fan told him to “be nice” to Hannah. Ryan said he would “pass on that.”

The Below Deck alum is no stranger to social media feuds

Hannah is no stranger to social media feuds. She’s been in many, especially those in the Bravo world. Her most famous feuds include those with Below Deck Mediterranean stars Captain Sandy Yawn and Malia White. Sandy and Hannah have exchanged many words through the media.

Earlier this year, Hannah once again feuded with The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Kelly Dodd. She claimed that the low ratings have to do with the fact that she was no longer on the show. The Below Deck Med alum caught wind of her post and shared her thoughts.

“That’s kind of sad,” Hannah simply said.

“Sad?” Kelly responded. “Making observations about the performance of a show I was on for five years? I’m doing recaps and this is news. What’s sad is you never do anything better than being a waitress on a boat.”
