Amy Halterman Shares Gage’s Exciting First Easter Egg Hunt

Can you believe that Amy Halterman’s little boy Gage will be two years old this fall? Now that the toddler is running around, he can enjoy more of the finer things in life — like Easter egg hunts.

This year, Amy and the rest of the family had a blast watching Gage hunt for eggs. She even uploaded a fun video on YouTube to document the occasion. Keep reading for more.

Amy Halterman and the rest of the family celebrate Easter in style

As we previously noted, Amy chose a very dapper outfit for Gage this year. Fans just couldn’t get enough of his sweet little polo outfit. But the egg hunt video is absolutely to die for.

In the video, you can see Amy trailing after her toddler as he looks for hidden eggs around the yard. Gage is wearing a really cute hoodie with dinosaurs printed on it.

While Gage is happy to play outside with his parents, it seems like he might not be able to comprehend the point of an egg hunt yet. In the video, his parents Michael and Amy keep pointing out the eggs to him and show him how to put the eggs in his basket.

In a few more years, he’ll get the hang of it.

Keep in mind that this is Gage’s last Easter as an only child. Amy Halterman is heavily pregnant and due this summer. By this time next year, Gage can show his baby brother how to gather eggs!

The Haltermans mourn the loss of their beloved pet, Little Bit

In case you haven’t heard, the Haltermans recently said goodbye to their dog, Little Bit. 1000-Lb. Sisters viewers remember Amy’s little dog clearly. She brought a lot of joy to the entire family.

However, Amy did reveal that Little Bit was very old. According to the TLC star, Little Bit was 22 years old. While it’s sad that the family had to say goodbye, it’s important to remember that the little dog had a very long, happy life with her family.

The Halterman house is definitely quieter without her around, but won’t be for much longer. Amy is expected to give birth to her second son this summer and the house will definitely be lively again.

And as a family with two boys, it’s probable that the Haltermans will get another dog at some point.
